Josh Burton

  • Graduated University of Southern Indiana in 2005.
  • Began working in dispatching and accounts receivable in 2005.
  • 2013 became One Call Executive Vice President.
  • Certified in Hubbell, Superior Essex, ESI, Nortel, ICON, ESNA – Telephony Office Linx.

Adam Raymer

VP of Operations
  • Prime Home Entertainment Technician 2005-2006, Quality Inspector 2006-2007.
  • Became youngest Regional Manager for Prime Home Entertainment and led the top-performing office in the country 2008, 2009.
  • 2010 became Technician for West TN Utility Company (Contractor for Charter Communications) where he Installed cable television, internet, and phone services via coax connections for residential and commercial units.
  • 2011 Promoted to Field Supervisor then Technical Operations Manager of the entire region. Led 70+ employees to the highest performing location in the company.
  • 2014 became One Call Technology VP of Operations.
  • Certified Allworx sales, phone system installation, and repair.
  • In charge of Day-to-Day Operations, which includes scheduling of technician's routes, routine vehicle maintenance, keeping software up to date for technicians and managers, assisting with sales calls/appointments, AR/AP, ordering of equipment and stock for work vehicles, and maintaining vendor relationships.

George Hanes

VP of Technology


  • Joined One Call Technology in 2008.
  • Certified in ESI, Allworx, and Nortel phone system installation, and repair.
  • Certified in BICSI, Hubbell, Panduit, Corning, Nortel, ESI, Allworx, as well as Superior Essex.
  • Trained in multimode and single-mode fiber installation with both Corning and Panduit brands.
  • Trained extensively in business phone system installation and management, as well as voice, data, fiber, and video cabling, by 2 incredible industry technicians.
  • Trained in VOIP implementation and maintenance.
  • Trained in network infrastructure.
  • Trained in various sound system applications.
  • 2019 became One Call Technology’s Vice President of Technology.
  • George lives in Cross Plains, TN with his wife and four children.

Stephen Burton

VP of Business Development
  • Graduated from the Centennial High School in Franklin, TN in 2004.
  • Graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2008.
  • Worked for 10 years in Business Development for Social Services.
  • Assisted in developing Business relations for numerous non-profit social services companies in Tennessee.
  • Joined One Call Technology in February 2017.
  • Proficient in Hosted/Cloud-based phone system sales.
  • Skillful in matching specific services with clients’ needs.
  • Stephen currently lives in Maury County with his wife and daughters.

Charles Pearson

Field Technician
  • Joined One Call Technology in 2015.
  • 20 years plus of Industry Knowledge.
  • Trained on Legacy Phone Systems; Nortel, Comdial, Panasonic, Toshiba, Iwatsu, and NEC.
  • Extensive industry understanding and implementation of Low Voltage Infrastructure; Data, Voice, Sound, and Security.
  • Routine service calls and Rollout projects for National Contractors.
  • Deployment of Hosted phones and Initial installation programming.
  • Chuck resides in Lewisburg, TN with his wife Kathy.

Kevin Burton

Chief Executive Advisor
  • Served in the Airforce from 1975-1979.
  • First telecom job United Telephone Company in Longwood Fl. Served as warehouse and materials manager for 5 years. The company refurbished CPE equipment for residential and commercial telephone equipment.
  • Recruited to Comdial Telecommunications located in Kevil, KY where he was Plant Manager for 2 years. This was during the deregulation of the public payphone, so we started refurbishing payphones and payphone parts. While there we were awarded contracts with all 7 RBOC’s.
  • Recruited by a Canadian company to do the exact same model as in KY. Kevin and his family moved to Shelbyville, IN, and started a new company from scratch. The company was profitable after the first year and Kevin stayed there for 5 years, eventually adding one new line of business: digital business phone repair.
  • By 1989 the Canadian company had expanded through acquisition and new operations to 10 locations throughout the US and Canada.
  • Kevin then moved to Nashville to be the VP of Sales and Marketing for the Company. Six months later the company was sold to a group of investors from Mexico.
  • In 1992, Kevin started his own company specializing in business phone system installation. It took several different turns, but one day a Podiatrist from New Jersey called and asked Kevin if he could sell and install a business phone system. He said, “Sure,” and the rest is history. Twenty-eight years later, that same model is in place within the family-owned company.
  • In August 2020 Kevin retired from the full-time grind of running One Call to the role of Chief Executive Advisor. He is still involved with the business but not the day-to-day activities.
  • He does make it to the office from time to time and is always available by phone or email. He makes himself available to the One Call Team for anything Telecom and is always around for legacy clients that need some consulting services.
  • These days you can catch Kevin and his wife at his grandson's football and baseball games and his granddaughter’s gymnastics.
  • They still make trips to Florida State football games and of course as much beach time as possible.
  • He is enjoying retirement.
